I was rather hoping for a direct sequel, I really got attatched to the characters in Mafia 1, and the story was brilliant. I just dilly-hope Mafia 2 meets expectations of that which was in Mafia 1.
Seems like they're are discretely rubbing it in PS3 owners faces with that statement.
